Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Loot Crate gear, but if your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping bag, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the parcel.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Get Refunded

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
